Brighten up your home or business with a remodel. Here at O’Meara Custom Builders we do both exterior and interior remodels of all range and sizes. An exterior remodel can mean replacing siding, roofing, fascia/soffits, windows, doors,while an interior remodel can mean new flooring, trims, kitchen, and even changing layout; its all up to the client’s preference.

Design

For clients who don’t have architectural drawings, we offer free in-house design. This helps our clients visualize the final product, and it helps prevent some avoidable hiccups during the construction process. We offer both 2D layouts and 3D images, on all our services.

decks/patio Covers

Decks and patio covers are such a great addition to your home. They can be used for entertaining, barbecuing, hot tubs, and so much more. There are so many different modifications you can make, either material-wise or through design.

Roofing

A properly sealed roof that’s done right, not only secures a building from the weather, but adds so much more value and curb appeal to your home or business. Whether you have a shingle, metal, tile, or slate roof, we can install, fix, or replace it.

If a roof is not done right, it puts the integrity of the building at risk. But many home and business owners would never know without a professional inspection. Feel free to have us come out and take a look to make sure everything with your roof is in order.

Structural Repair

With time and/or bad workmanship, some buildings can have structural problems. Which, of course, can be severely dangerous. Some tell-tale signs of structural issues can be cracks in concrete and sheetrock, sagging roof rafters, tight doors, cracked windows, and off-level floors. In most cases, the longer its left ignored the more expensive the repair will get.

Although most of our services are exterior work, interior work is just as important to us. From doors, walls, creating open-layouts, and trim work. We do it all.

Shops/Garages

Garages and shops have so many purposes and so much utility. Like decks, garages and shops are very modifiable; from the way its built to the interior layout, you can organize it to fit your exact needs. Whether its a place to put your car, a woodworking shop, or a place to hang out, there is a garage or shop for you.

Whether your family is outgrowing the home you love, the business you own is getting bigger, or the home your planning to buy needs a bigger kitchen adding on a room or section to your home or business might be a better solution compared to moving.

Doors and Windows

We install, fix, and replace all types of windows and doors. Doors and windows can be problematic if not done right, something as small a crack in a caulked joint can cause water damage to your framing and finishes. Choosing the right doors and windows to use is also very important.

Timber Framing

Timber framed structures such as pavilions, patio covers, carports, entryways, and even timber framed homes, are a great display of majestic timbers and fine carpentry. In our gallery you’ll see some of the timber framed projects we’ve completed. It is some of our favorite work.
