What We Do
O’Meara Custom Builders is a family business ran by Kevin and Robbie O’Meara. We specialize in building structures and exteriors. Our origin is in the carpentry trade, but today we offer services beyond just carpentry, all of which you can see on our services page.
We take pride in our work, everything we do is with quality and professionalism. We don’t cut corners. We pay attention to detail. And most importantly, we always make sure the customer is satisfied with the result.
Kevin o’meara
Kevin started in the construction industry in 1989 as an apprentice in NYC. In 1992, he became a carpenter and a couple years later became a foreman. Since then, he has worked in his hometown in Ireland, Alberta Canada, California, and finally here in Austin, TX. Through working in these places and as someone who is over 30 years in the business, he knows the industry inside out.
Robbie O’Meara
Robbie got his start in the construction industry really young. He’s been full time in the business since 2019, since then he’s become a fully qualified carpenter. Today, Robbie manages most of our projects, and does all of our in-house designs.
josh O’Meara
Josh has been working full time in the business since 2023, since then he’s learned much of the trade and has accomplished a lot. You will find him on-site everyday, he’s the first one there and last to leave.
